i need a free program that make rock hip hop rap and any other song beat i can customize from a big selection of guitar tones drums base melody's and a lot more i need help it needs to be free but no free trials freeware free.
Fruity Loops is always good, but GarageBand can be helpful due to it's simplicity. You can get a copy of either by just downloading them off of The Pirate Bay (but you'll need Bit Torrent).

Do usb-guitars have to be plugged into the computer to be used?
Does a usb-guitar like the BEHRINGER iAXE393 USB-Guitar have to be plugged into the computer to be used. Or can you play it without plugging it into the computer?

What's the cheapest Mac I can buy to run Final Cut Pro 3.0? Also 5.0?
Currently own Final Cut Pro 3.0 but plan to upgrade to 5.0 or Studio in the next 6 months. Want to buy a "barebones" Mac to use as a dedicated video editing workstation.
New or used? Used a 733MHz G4 tower would be a nice FCP station, they're going for around $400on eBay these days.
New, any of the new Macs will run FCP adequately, the faster, more expensive models will run it best but even the slowest Mac mini or iBook will run it OK. I used to run FCP4 on a 400MHz G3.
