How do you prepare potatoes for the freezer similiar to the ones in Ore Ida frozen pototoe you mic then mash?
I bought some Ore Ida pototatoes that I just put in the mic for 10 min then put in a bowl and mash w/ some milk and butter. I normally make my own but I was in a hurry and found them at Walmart. They were great and I was wonder if any one knew of a way to prepare potaotes for the freezer that would have similiar results. I am thinking that maybe peeling them boiling for a while (2 or 3 x as many as normal to make it worth it) then before they are done flash freeze them and then put them in a freezer bag. When I go to use them I am hoping I could just put some in a bowl cover it a microwave for 10 min and then mash as normal. Does anyone think this would work or have any other ideas? TIA
I have never tried it that way but it sounds like a good idea. It wouldnt hurt to try. Sometimes I just put a potato in the microwave cooking as I would a baked potato when its done I carefully remove the peeling from the potato and mash it up with a fork and add a little milk, butter, salt, pepper, & sour cream. Its really tasty.

that is my mic... i use adobe to record on.. an i have friends who i get my beats from...
i wanted to start my own little studio at home so i could record more often an not have to wait on other people to be able too... i have everything i need but a mixer....
i have no idea what kinda mixer to look for, i was lookin to spend anywhere from 100 - 200 maybe up to 300 for a mixer...
the type of music that will be recorded is pretty much everything you can think of, mostly hip-hip, r&b an some guitar work,
if anyone can help me pick out a good mixer to go with my mic, that would be very helpful... thank you very much
Great little mic!
I don't think you need a mixer, you need a good Audio Interface, then you can mix everything (inside the box). No mixer needed.
You will most likely get much better results in you situation if you work this way.

How to disable JVC Mini DV gr-d370u built-in mic?
we are streaming with this cam through firewire & computer to ustream.tv. Our soundboard supplies sound to computer to stream, but built-in mic on cam is also picking up A/V booth conversations and streaming them also. How to disable?
Can you do anything with the PC's recording controls or the soundcard's mixer controls?

What is the best Usb Mic condenser to use for recording?
Hmmmm this is a tricky question...merely because without knowing WHAT and HOW you plan on recording with this microphone...does it enable one to give you a solid answer.
If you plan on recording the human voice..weather speaking or singing...you wont want to stop at just a microphone. Make sure you have some sort of audio editing software as well...but as far as the microphone goes. I wouldn't worry about a Condenser Mic...you should be just fine with a Dynamic Mic...if you plan on spending the money for a condenser mic then you should also spend the dough for a 4 channel Mixing Board and connect that to your PC.
USB mics are generally NOT going to give you the frequency response of a standard mic with an XLR connection. I use a Heil PR40 for my voice overs and such. Its a dynamic mic...pretty cost effective to boot!
Buy Dynamic with an XLR connection...then get some sort of mixer to "condition" the signal before transferring to a USB connection....
But that's just me.
