I'm a musician, i'm wondering about Drum Mics for recording, which are the best? also whats a Condenser Mic?
I need to know about microphones.
Oh man, I'm not trying to frustrate you but a music instructor once told me that question has no right answer, there are a million different ways to approach mic selection, and miking a Drum Kit can drive you nuts...I would tell you to read up, maybe buy a book on recording techniques, you'll need special Bass Drum mics, and skinny little overhead mics, I think it's also about how much money you have and what you are willing to go without

Standard parts
Auto air conditioners are not a standard addition in any type of car. Cars made in 1940s lacked the air conditioning feature as it was not invented by then. With the invention air conditioners and especially the development of these ac's for cars there has been no end to comfort. There were several improvements in technology. Present day auto air conditioners are a real fun to use while driving.
The way the humidity, temperature, purity and motion of a place are controlled in a specific area is air conditioning. Auto Air conditioners parts have a precise purpose.
Compressor is like a human heart of the auto air conditioner parts. It is a pump which is connected to the engine of the car. The main function of the compressor is to compress the Freon. There are two sides' intake and discharge. The intake is connected to the evaporator.
Condenser is like a radiator. Its appearance is similar. The main purpose of the condenser is to give away the heat. The condenser is therefore supplied with cooling devices like fan which help to cool the Freon.
Evaporator is found inside the auto air conditioner which helps in absorbing the heat. Other than taking away the heat the other main function of the evaporator is to dehumidify the car. The temperature regulation is done through pressure regulating parts like the orifice tube.
The other auto air conditioning part is the receiver. It has thermal expansion valves which help in pressure regulation. These valves help to remove the gas from the liquid.
Accumulator is another of the auto air conditioner parts which has an orifice tube. It stores the surplus liquid refrigerant Freon. It also prevents the liquid from entering the compressor which may damage the system.
Auto air conditioners have also filters. These filters have a very Long Life and are easy to install and clean. The use of the air filters is to keep the contaminants out of the engine. These air filters need to be replaced on a yearly basis. If the vehicle is driving frequently on dusty roads you need to change the air filters more often.
The process
In the car the compressor of the auto air conditioning puts the Freon under pressure and it goes into the condensing coils. These coils are found on the front of the radiator of the car. The heat is expelled from the condenser to the outside. By the heat dispersion the refrigerant is cooled and it changes into liquid. Through the expansion valve the refrigerant goes into the evaporator. Here the gas changes into liquid. The cycle is repeated and the car remains cool.
Auto air conditioners are suited for all types of weathers and drives. It is especially suited for long drives which are tiresome.

Overview Pictures of Microphones - Do You Make These Mistakes?
The microphone is never absent in any recording, and in any performance. You may think that it is just a tiny detail and will not affect the music - wrong! In fact, in some cases, microphones can make or break the performance of the song and that is why there is a great need to choose the right microphone to ensure your road to success.
There are two types of mic and each will have their own strengths and weaknesses. The choice between these two is usually dictated by where you will be using it and the purpose of the recording or performance. These two mics are called Condenser Microphones and Dynamic Microphones.
Dynamic Microphones
Most probably, the microphones you are familiar with will be the Dynamic Microphone. This is because dynamic microphones are built for rough conditions which make it a natural choice for outdoor performances such as concerts. Some legendary dynamic microphones are the Shure SM57 and Shure SM58 which will be used by any decent rock clubs. But over the years of abuse their appearance may not be as mint as when they first came out of the case.
Dynamic microphones do not require their own Power Supply, and their sound may not be as accurate. This is the case when the singer seems to have a bad cold and the words cannot be herd properly. This is because dynamic microphones have a limited frequency response.
Condenser Microphones
Now let's go to the Condenser Microphone which can be said as the more "behaved" type of microphone. Condenser microphones require the use of power supply and will almost always be what's found in recording studios, owing to the fact that condenser microphones have larger output. Although as a consequence of the louder output, condenser microphones pick up sounds other than the singer's vocals, editing the track will easily correct this. Condenser microphones are also generally higher-priced than the dynamic microphones.
Condenser microphones are also ideal for recording Acoustic Guitar and concert taping.
There are a lot of available condenser and dynamic microphones and prices will range from less than a hundred to about seven hundred dollars. Before worrying about the price, make sure to know which particular microphone is best for your purposes and you can easily do this through the internet. There is a lot of information on the net which might help you decide on choosing the proper mic for your specific need. Couple this with the budget you have in mind and you be able to find something that fit your need perfectly.

My problem is that I need a mic to hook up to an average PC. I have a Dell, and I know they have Usb Condenser mics out there, but I heard the quality stinks. Is there a way to connect an AKG Perception 100 Large-Diaphragm Condenser Mic to my computer.
I don't know much about pre-amps at all, or interfaces and all that stuff. Can someone guide me through step by step on what mic would suit my needs. I was looking at the AKG and it looks great, but how would I hook that up to my computer? HELP I'm lost.
im not so sure what its called, so sorry, you will have to do this research on your own, but ill tell you what i know: depending on the type of mic it is there are different ways. if its usb, then plug it into the usb, if its mic jack, plug it into a mic jack, if its like a plug that was 3 little prongs or so inside, then thats your problem, theres a way to do it, but im not exactly sure how. theres prob something out there that converts it to a usb, or mic jack, but in my school theres this thing they have, and its for a guitar, where the amp plug goes into a thing that converts it to a usb, and it acts like a foot pedal, (shown here: http://www.guitarcenter.com/ToneWorks-AX3G-Guitar-Modeling-Signal-Processor-103670519-i1124638.gc ) but yeah, theres deff something like that out there.
